We have plans to launch a slew of Residential & Commercial projects in Hyderabad & Vizag in the near future.
Hyderabad
1. Banjara Hills : Will develop Hyderabad's most sought after office address.
2. Osmannagar : Exclusive Villa's located 3 minutes away from the outer ring road & in close proximity to WIPRO SEZ. The villa will be contemporary with a lifestyle that redefines luxury.
3. Narsingi : Located just off the 22 km expressway, Bharat is contemplating the creation of a modern residential township 5 minutes from Gachibowli & 10 minutes from the IT district.This project will meet the burgeoning housing needs of IT employees.
4. Miyapur : Set in a predominantly residential neighbourhood, the focus is on building compact & modern 2 & 3 bedroom residences.
Vizag
1. West Vizag : Located off the bye-pass & 6 minutes from the Vizag cricket stadium, this developement will be primarily residential in nature. The site is nestled amongst hills & greenery & a modern plotting developement will be launched soon.
2. South Vizag : This scenic plot has an excellent beach frontage & offers astounding views of the Bay of Bengal. This project is located just 25 minutes south of the airport & is slated to be developed into serviced plots with a golf course followed by villa's in phase 2.
3. South Vizag : Located in the southern side of Vizag, this plot will be developed as a plotting project. |
